Alloyverse LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the AlloyVoice platform at alloyvoice.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our Service.

2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization details. Authentication is handled by our identity provider (Clerk); we do not store passwords directly.
2.2 Call Data
When calls are processed through the Service, we collect and store:
• Call recordings (audio)
• Call transcripts (generated via speech-to-text)
• Caller phone numbers
• Call duration, timestamps, and metadata
• AI-generated summaries and classifications
2.3 Customer Information
Information provided by callers during conversations, including:
• Names and contact information
• Service addresses (street, apartment/unit, zip code)
• Email addresses (when voluntarily provided for appointment confirmations)
• Service requests and appointment preferences
2.4 Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the dashboard, including pages visited, features used, and device/browser information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process and book appointments on your behalf
• Generate call transcripts, summaries, and analytics
• Send appointment confirmations and calendar invitations to your customers
• Deliver operational notifications (email, SMS) to your configured recipients
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our AI voice agents
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information or your customers' data. We share information only in the following circumstances:
4.1 Service Providers
We use third-party services to operate the platform, including:
• LiveKit, real-time voice communication infrastructure
• OpenAI, large language model for AI voice agent conversations and analysis
• Deepgram, speech-to-text transcription
• Google Calendar API, calendar event creation and customer invitations
• Twilio, SMS notifications and telephony
• Clerk, user authentication and identity management
• Resend, transactional email delivery
• Stripe, payment processing
Each provider processes data only as necessary to perform their function and is subject to their own privacy policies.
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
4.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
4.4 SMS Opt-In Data
Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is collected and used solely for the Account Notifications program described in our Terms of Service. SMS data is shared only with Twilio, our messaging service provider, for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you have opted in to receive.
5. Data Storage and Security
We store data on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (Transport Layer Security, TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain call recordings, transcripts, and associated data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of specific recordings or your entire account data at any time by contacting us. Upon account termination, we retain data for a reasonable period to allow export, after which it is permanently deleted.

When callers interact with an AlloyVoice-powered phone line, the business operator (our customer) is the data controller for the call data. We act as a data processor on their behalf. Callers with questions about how their data is handled should contact the business they called directly.
9. Cookies and Tracking
The Service uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics data is collected in aggregate to improve the Service.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates the last revision.
